Refund and Returns Policy

1. You have the right to a full refund of the course purchase if you decide to cancel
   within two calendar days of receiving your order confirmation and before the
   course starts, without providing any reason.
2. Cancellations and refunds in circumstances outside those described above
   and/or following the expiry of the 2-day cancellation period are subject to the
   terms and conditions set out in this Cancellation and Refund policy. To avoid
   doubt, the cancellation period will expire 2 days after the date of the Order
   Confirmation.
3. We’ve made the refund process simple and straightforward. We will reimburse
   you using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless
   you agree otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this
   reimbursement.
4. If you start using our services or access the course materials during the 2-day
   cancellation period, no refund will be payable.
5. We strive to maintain the integrity of our program. However, Vision
   Management Consultancy reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any course.
   In such a case, all course fees will be returned in full.
